Natasha Vasquez is the owner and founder of Cake NV. With a passion to create and her love for sugar and everything sweet, she attended The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City.
After receiving her diploma in Pastry Arts and Baking, she began baking for friends and family. She soon started baking for their friends and families, one thing led to another and Cake NV was born.
Growing up, Natasha always loved to bake and knew from a young age that it was her “happy place”. She continues to educate herself and perfect her craft with the intention to create masterpieces full of love for all celebrations: weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and graduations.
All Cake NV cakes and desserts are made from scratch, baked fresh in small batches, and use the highest quality ingredients. Each design is handcrafted with Natasha’s devoted attention to details and precious time.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED?
We limit the amount of cake orders taken per weekend. With that said, we suggest a minimum of 2-3 weeks’ notice (this does not include wedding cakes).
DO YOU OFFER NUT FREE?
Yes. However, please note we bake with equipment that may have come in contact with nuts at some point.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. A delivery fee applies.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO
YOU ACCEPT?
All orders are paid for through email, via online invoices.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please email cakenv.info@gmail.com with the following event details; Date and Time, Occasion, Number of servings and any ideas you may have for your cake, as well as contact information (telephone no. and email address).
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm your order. Final payment is to be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up (or 10 days for wedding cakes).
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as there are 10 or more days until your order is due. Please email us with the desired changes and after review, we will adjust the price (if applicable) accordingly.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR CAKES?
No. Currently we do not offer shipping.
