Natasha Vasquez is the owner and founder of Cake NV. With a passion to create and her love for sugar and everything sweet, she attended The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City.

After receiving her diploma in Pastry Arts and Baking, she began baking for friends and family. She soon started baking for their friends and families, one thing led to another and Cake NV was born.​
​
Growing up, Natasha always loved to bake and knew from a young age that it was her “happy place”. She continues to educate herself and perfect her craft with the intention to create masterpieces full of love for all celebrations: weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and graduations.
​
All Cake NV cakes and desserts are made from scratch, baked fresh in small batches, and use the highest quality ingredients. Each design is handcrafted with Natasha’s devoted attention to details and precious time.
